WORLD STATUS is an independent editorial site that organizes and records changes and unexpected real-world behavior through two perspectives: WORLD Δ and WORLD BUG REPORT.
WORLD Δ
WORLD Δ records changes in the state of the world: what happened, how it differs from before, what changed, and why that change matters. It is a sourced and verified archive of differences, not a general news list.
WORLD BUG REPORT
WORLD BUG REPORT records real-world mismatches and strange behavior that make you ask, “Why did that happen?” or “How is that even possible?” Reports separate expected behavior, observations, and the mismatch itself. Confirmed and unverified records remain clearly distinct.
Sources and original editorial value
We may use public APIs, public institutions, research organizations, official releases, public feeds, reporting, and primary material. We do not republish outside articles. We add candidate selection, organization, comparison, verification status, original classification, and explanation for general readers.
Use of AI
AI may assist candidate organization, editorial judgment, drafting, classification, summaries, translation, and image creation. Sources, verification, and pre-publication checks remain separate, and information absent from a source is not presented as confirmed fact.
Automation and publication
Parts of source acquisition, candidate organization, article and image generation, validation, and publication are automated. A record is published only after required fields, source information, verification state, and public artifacts pass validation. This does not mean every record receives human review; unresolved points remain distinct from confirmed facts.
Corrections, updates, and withdrawals
When an error or new evidence is found, we may correct or update the content and verification state. A record whose premise no longer holds may be withdrawn. Please use Contact for corrections, removals, or rights matters.
